In addition to its "out of the box" functionality for Navision
users, the Altus Send add-on greatly simplifies development
tasks where clients request the automatic generation or sending
of reports as PDF files. Once the add-on objects are integrated,
a few simple lines of code. For example, to build a process
that would automatically e-mail the Item List report, the following
code would be used:
By simply setting a couple of properties, the document can easily
be faxed or not transmitted at all (i.e. generate PDF file only).
